Rotem Kazir is an experienced professional specializing in human resources, organizational coaching, and venture capital support. As the founder and VC coach since January 2018, Rotem guides entrepreneurs through the complexities of scaling businesses, focusing on decision-making, fundraising, and team dynamics. Previous roles include Head of People at Pitango Venture Capital, where Rotem enhanced the growth and culture of portfolio companies, and VP of Global HR & GM Israel at Forter, a leader in online fraud protection. With a solid foundation in HR consultancy and various leadership positions across organizations such as Simply, Jibe Ventures, and Skai, Rotem also holds an MBA in Management & Organizational Behavior from Bar-Ilan University and a BSc in Psychology & Business Administration from Tel Aviv University.
