Shemer Schwarz

Shemer Schwarz is a seasoned technology executive and entrepreneur with extensive experience in product management and leadership roles. Currently serving as Co-Founder at Stealth since May 2024 and a Crew Member at Jibe Ventures since January 2023, Schwarz previously held the position of Senior Director of Product Management at VMware from June 2020 to January 2024, following the acquisition of Octarine, where Schwarz was CEO and Co-Founder. Earlier career highlights include serving as CTO and Co-Founder of Eatwith, which was acquired by VizEat, and Head of XIV Engineering at IBM. Schwarz holds an MBA and an MSc in Computer Science from Tel Aviv University, along with a BSc in Physics and Mathematics from The Hebrew University of Jerusalem.
