Carole Mutale-Ng'andwe

Carole Mutale-Ng'andwe is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the banking and retail operations sectors. As a Co-Founder and Director at Jibu since August 2019, Carole has played a pivotal role in the company's development. Prior to this, Carole served as the Head of Retail Operations at Zambia National Commercial Bank PLC, and held the position of Head - Branch & Channel Support at Zambia National Commercial Bank (Zanaco) PLC from September 2011 to August 2019. Carole holds a Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Computer Science from the University of Hertfordshire.
