Ian Gibbons is an experienced professional in service delivery and IT governance, currently serving as Service Delivery Manager and ITIL Governance Manager at Jigsaw24 since June 2018. Prior to this role, Ian worked as a Major Incident Manager at Capita IT and Networks from July 2014 to June 2018. Ian holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Environmental Conservation Management from Sheffield Hallam University, which was attained between 1999 and 2003, and completed education at The Bolsover School from 1991 to 1996.
