John Hughes

John Hughes started their work experience as an Audit Clerk at Arthur Young in 1985. John later became an Audit Manager at Spicer & Oppenheim in 1987 and remained in that role until 1991. From 1991 to 1992, they worked in Corporate Finance at Deloitte. In 1992, Hughes became a Financial Controller at KRCS until 1993. In the same year, they founded and became a Director at Jigsaw24, a leading IT service provider with annual sales of £150 million and over 10,000 customers. Hughes also served as a Non-Executive Director & Trustee at G3 Whittle Ltd from 1996 to 2013.

John Hughes earned a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Cape Town, from the years 1983 to 1986. John then pursued a British & Australian Chartered Accountant qualification from Spicer & Oppenheim, completing it between 1987 and 1991.
