Krishna Mehta

Co-Founder and Principal at Jigyasa Analytics

Krishna Mehta has a wealth of experience in analytics and decision-making. Krishna began their career in 2001 as a Senior Analyst at FedEx. In 2004, they joined Inductis as a Director of Methodology and Senior Modeler. In 2008, they moved to EXL Decision Analytics (formerly Inductis) as the Vice President and Head of Methodology. Finally, in 2011, they co-founded Jigyasa Analytics (formerly Thinkalytics), where they focused on innovation. During their time at Jigyasa Analytics, they helped non-profits improve efficiency of their fundraising and donor management and retention programs. Krishna also developed custom credit risk scorecards for Equipment Finance (and other lending) companies to reduce the risk of charge-offs and implemented the solutions within their existing infrastructure to enable real-time scoring. Additionally, they worked with some of the biggest names in the magazine publishing industry to help with their expire and list rental programs, as well as develop different business intelligence and analytics solutions to support different business functions.

Krishna Mehta received a MA in Marketing Research and Economics from Yale School of Management in 2001. Prior to that, they earned a MA in Economics from Delhi University in 1994. Krishna is currently pursuing a Ph.D. (ABD) in Economics from University of Florida. Krishna also attended St. Xavier's College Kolkata, though no degree was earned.
