Jonathan Waites

Jonathan Waites is an experienced technology professional with a strong background in information technology and operations management. As the CTO and Owner of JiLaSoan Technologies since January 2013, Jonathan leads an IT consulting firm focused on technology strategy and delivery for small to medium-sized businesses. Prior roles include Director of Technical Operations at Nursenav Oncology, overseeing critical data center operations, and various leadership positions at TrialCard and Misys HealthCare, where responsibilities ranged from managing information technology to infrastructure management. Jonathan began their career as an Information Systems Engineer at CompuSystems and holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from the University of South Carolina.
