BARBARA MIETTE has extensive experience in service delivery management and customer service roles. Currently working at Jiliti, BARBARA is responsible for managing the Hitachi Vantara France contract, including financial monitoring, client relationship management, reporting development, and incident resolution. Prior to this, BARBARA worked as an independent consultant assisting with installations of Hitachi Vantara storage units and as a customer service assistant at Unisys. With a background in administrative and secretarial studies, BARBARA MIETTE has a strong foundation in communication, organization, and customer service.
