Nicole began their career in 2007 as an HR Assistant at Abilene Regional Medical Center, where they were responsible for all new hire and contract processing, as well as new hire orientation. In 2008, they moved to Lakeview Hospital, where they served as a Human Resources Staffing Coordinator, assisting with compliance for federal, state and local laws and regulations, and maintaining confidentiality.
