None of therestaurants use freezers. Jim ’N Nick’s Bar-B-Q has 37 locations inseven states including Alabama, Colorado, Florida, Georgia, North Carolina, South Carolina andTennessee serving large portions of Southern barbecue along with a big side of Southern hospitality.
