Ahmed Mohamed has a diverse work experience in customer experience and project management roles across various companies. Ahmed began their career at Teleperformance Egypt, where they held two roles. Initially, they served as a Quality Assurance Coordinator from December 2013 to April 2015, conducting monitoring and coaching to ensure compliance and excellent customer service. Later, they were promoted to Quality Assurance Supervisor from May 2015 to December 2017, providing recommendations for improvement and leading established processes for their team.

Ahmed Mohamed attended Helwan University in Cairo from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor's degree in Art/Art Studies, General. In addition to their formal education, Ahmed obtained various certifications. In January 2016, they earned an IASSC Lean Six Sigma - Green Belt certification. Later that year, in November, they completed a certification in Managing Project Quality from Lynda.com. In March 2019, Ahmed obtained a certification called "Measure What Matters" from Blinkist through LinkedIn.
