Maja Stefanovikj is an experienced Talent Acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Tech Talent Acquisition Partner at Jimdo since January 2024. Maja previously held the position of Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at Pixyle.ai, focusing on e-commerce product data solutions. Prior experience includes working at The Big Search, where Maja served as a Talent Acquisition Partner and Research Analyst, assisting top tech companies in building high-performing teams. Notable projects involved recruitment for FirstVet, Biller, ABB E-mobility, and COWBOY. Maja began a career in education, working as an English Second Language Teacher from 2014 to 2019. Maja holds a Bachelor of Arts in Language Interpretation and Translation from Ss. Cyril and Methodius University in Skopje.
