Sara Gabsi, M.S.

Sara Gabsi, M.S. has a diverse range of work experience spanning multiple industries. Sara is currently the Head of Operations at Jimdo, a role they have held since May 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Program Manager at Jimdo starting in November 2021.

Before joining Jimdo, Sara worked at PwC for several years in various roles. Sara was a Program Manager from June 2018 to November 2021, and prior to that, they served as a Product Manager & Product Owner from May 2016 to June 2018. Additionally, they held the position of QA Team Lead & Sr Business Analyst from October 2012 to May 2016, and was a Sr. Quality Assurance Test Engineer from March 2012 to October 2012.

Sara also gained experience at Ceridian, where they worked as a Quality Test Engineer III from December 2011 to March 2012. Sara'sresponsibilities included production and development testing, regression testing, and root cause analysis.

Before Ceridian, Sara had roles at Citi as an Operations Intermd Anaylst from August 2011 to December 2011, and as a Technical Specialist from October 2010 to August 2011. At Citi, they were involved in application development, testing, and software migration projects.

Earlier in their career, Sara worked at Raisecom as a Network Engineer from July 2010 to September 2010, at MetroPCS, LLC as a Network Operations Coordinator from November 2009 to June 2010, and had a summer internship at AT&T in 2008.

Sara Gabsi, M.S. pursued their academic journey in engineering and computer science. From 2005 to 2009, they attended the University of South Florida where they obtained their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Engineering. Building upon their undergraduate education, Sara then pursued a Masters Degree in Engineering Management from the same institution, which they successfully completed from 2010 to 2012.
