Prior to that, Tyler worked as a Team Lead and Recruiter at Hueman RPO, a recruitment firm known for its dedication to employee engagement. Tyler also has experience as a Recruiter at The University of Maryland Medical System, Aerotek, and Tax Defense Network, LLC. Tyler's background also includes sales and legal intern experience. Tyler graduated from Jacksonville University with a Bachelor of Applied Science in Philosophy.
