Cindy Raman

Cindy Raman has extensive experience in the food industry, particularly in research and development (R&D) roles. Cindy began their career as an R&D Manager at George Weston Bakeries, where they focused on breakfast products. Afterward, they worked at Bimbo Bakeries USA as an R&D Director, leading a team in product development, optimization, innovation, quality, and analytical testing. Cindy then joined Katz Gluten Free as an R&D Manager, responsible for creating and developing gluten-free bakery items. Currently, they are the R&D Director at Jimmy's Cookies, leading staff in product development initiatives and exploring new ingredients for their premium line of cookies and artisan breads.

Cindy Raman has a Master of Science (M.S.) degree in Food Science from Rutgers University. Cindy also holds a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Foods, Nutrition, and Related Services from the same university.
