Tom Giglio

Tom Giglio has a diverse work experience in the food industry. Tom started their career as a Quality Assurance Manager at Ecce Panis in 1998 and held the position for nine years. Tom then worked as the Director of Quality Assurance at Allied Old English, Inc. from 2007 to 2009. Following that, they served as the Director of Quality Systems at Damascus Bakery Inc. from 2009 to 2012. Tom then joined Damascus Bakery as a Production/Operations Manager from 2012 to 2013. Tom then moved on to Jimmy's Cookies where they held various roles including Quality Assurance/Production Manager starting in 2013, Director of Operations from 2016 onwards, and most recently they are serving as the VP of Operations starting in July 2020.

Tom Giglio attended Hudson County Community College from 1995 to 1997, where they earned an Associates degree in Culinary Arts. Prior to that, they attended Verona High School from 1990 to 1994. No degree or field of study was specified for their high school education.
