Charlie Wickboldt

Charlie Wickboldt has a diverse work experience in the culinary industry. Charlie recently served as the Director of Culinary Operations at Jimmy's Famous Seafood since January 2023. Prior to that, they were the Executive Chef at Nepenthe Brewing Co. from December 2021 to January 2023. Before that, they worked as a Sous Chef at Dutch Courage from August 2021 to December 2021. Charlie also gained experience as an Executive Chef at Santiago's Bodega from July 2020 to July 2021 and as a Sous Chef at Santiago's Bodega from August 2018 to July 2020. Charlie started their career as a Sous Chef at Storie Street Grille from August 2015 to July 2018.

Charlie Wickboldt completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Cultural Anthropology at Appalachian State University from 2011 to 2015. Charlie later pursued a Master of Science degree in Hospitality Administration/Management at the University of Central Florida – Rosen College of Hospitality Management from 2018 to 2020.
