Hans van der Kroft

Hans van der Kroft is a consultant at Novesta, focusing on executive search and placement in management roles within the construction and housing sectors in the Netherlands since July 2021. Concurrently, Hans is involved in a traineeship with the Supervisory Board of Woonstichting Lieven de Key in Amsterdam, partaking in training for future commissioners. Additionally, Hans contributes as a member of the Works Council at De Berkenschutse and volunteers with JINC, providing job application training to students in the Helmond region. Previous roles include Business Manager at Staan, Team Manager at InterWork—where leadership, team development, and commercial performance were key responsibilities—Intercedent at Randstad, and various positions in hospitality management. Hans holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Hotelschool The Hague and is currently engaged in training at the VTW Academie.
