Margot Mourits

Margot Mourits is a seasoned professional in business development and project management, currently serving as a Senior Project Coordinator at JINC since September 2025. Prior to this role, Margot worked at bol.com from February 2020 to July 2025, where responsibilities included enhancing engagement with service partners as a Project Manager for People & Service Experience, managing communication with 1,800 Service Experts as an Engagement Specialist, and conducting research to leverage customer stories for marketing purposes. Earlier experience includes positions at VELUX as a Commercial Employee, where lead generation was a focus, and various roles in customer service and consulting. Margot holds a degree from HU University of Applied Sciences Utrecht, along with a minor in Applied Psychology and a language course from EF Executive Language Institute.
