Willem van Donge

Willem Van Donge currently serves as the Head of Learning & Development and Talent Development at PwC Nederland, a position held since December 2022, and is also the Lead Talent Acquisition. Concurrently, Willem is a Senior Lecturer in Leadership Development at Nyenrode Business Universiteit since January 2014 and is pursuing a PhD in Leadership, Sustainability, and Change there. Additional roles include Coach at JINC, Senior Program Manager for L&D in Executive Education & Organizational Development, and former Division Manager at Robert Walters. Previous experience encompasses significant managerial roles at Brunel, CGI, and ABN AMRO, along with an internship as an HR officer at Siemens. Willem holds multiple degrees, including an MBA in Strategy, IT, Leadership, and Sustainability from Nyenrode Business University, and a drs. in Business Studies from Radboud University. Educational pursuits also include ongoing studies at ESCP Business School and Nyenrode Business University for a PhD.
