Gargi Sinha

Gargi Sinha possesses extensive experience in human resources and recruitment across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Head COE at JPFL Films Pvt. Ltd. since February 2024, Gargi previously held a managerial role at Ampcus Inc. from May 2016 to January 2024, focusing on contract liaison for North America. Prior to that, Gargi was a Senior Consultant at Capgemini Consulting from November 2006 to April 2016, contributing to the offshore recruiting team. Earlier experience includes recruitment positions at Siemens Information System Limited and Deloitte & Touche, as well as a role as a Business & Product Trainer at Hindustan Lever Limited. Gargi holds an MBA in Management Human Resource from the Indian Institute of Planning and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Commerce from Nagpur University.
