William Hammond, PE, is a seasoned construction and engineering professional with extensive experience in managing large-scale utility projects. As Construction Manager at Fluence since June 2020 and Engineering Manager at Jingoli Power, LLC since December 2017, William oversees the engineering of a $1 billion utility build-out program aimed at enhancing grid reliability for PPL. In addition, William serves as CTO for Sun City SmartTech and has held the position of Field Engineer at Burns & McDonnell since August 2013, where involvement includes work on a 240kV T-Line and two greenfield substations in Alberta. Previous roles include CFO at Hammond Services and Project Engineer at Kenny Construction Company, contributing to significant projects like the TrAIL and DPV2 initiatives. William's military service includes a Company Commander role in the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division. William holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point, obtained in 2002.
