Graeme Fleckney

Graeme Fleckney is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience across a range of leadership roles in various industries. Currently serving as the Chief Financial Officer at Jinx since July 2025, Graeme previously held positions such as Chief Administrative Officer at Our Home and CFO/VP Finance for Hershey International at The Hershey Company, where significant contributions included strategic leadership and managing large finance teams. Graeme's tenure at Amplify Snack Brands at The Hershey Company involved overseeing substantial net sales and implementing successful financial strategies. Prior experience includes pivotal roles at Beiersdorf, including VP Global Integration for North America and Vice President of Finance/CFO for North America, where achievements in financial management and operational integration were recognized by the Global CEO. Graeme holds an Executive MBA from the Fordham Gabelli School of Business and a BA in Business Studies & Finance from De Montfort University.
