Gaurav Sarin

Gaurav Sarin began their work experience in 2001 as a Senior Sales Manager at SAURABH TRADING CO, where they achieved sales targets and launched new product lines. Gaurav then worked as a Sales Marketing Manager at Sayaji Hotels Pvt. Ltd. from 2006 to 2007, where they were responsible for achieving targets and maintaining corporate clientele. From 2007 to 2009, they served as a Sales Marketing Manager and later as a Senior Sales Manager at Sarovar Hotels & Resorts, where they developed market segmentation strategies and established the Indore hotel as an upmarket brand. In 2009, they joined Best Western India as the National Operations Head, successfully launching and expanding the brand franchise. Gaurav later served as an Independent Management Consultant and as the Executive Vice President & COO at Value Inns & Hotels India. From 2016 to 2020, Gaurav Sarin worked at Reliance Industries Limited as a Format Owner - Truck Stop, leading cross-functional teams and implementing loyalty programs. Currently, they are employed at Jio-bp (Reliance BP Mobility Limited) as the Unit Lead - Business Development and the Format Owner - Truck Stop, where they are responsible for expanding the network and formulating go-to-market strategies.

Gaurav Sarin's education history includes a Master's degree in Marketing from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, which was obtained from 1996 to 2001. Gaurav also has a GED in Mathematics and Computer Science from Saint Pauls Higher Secondary School, Indor, completed from 1982 to 1996. Additionally, Gaurav has completed several certificate courses, including Industrial and Product Design from The University of Sydney Business School in 2021, E-Commerce/Electronic Commerce from Best Western International, Inc. USA in 2011, and Customer Relationship Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Indore in 2007. Furthermore, Gaurav has obtained various certifications throughout their career, such as Leadership Through Social Influence from Northwestern University in 2022, Artificial Intelligence Foundations: Machine Learning from LinkedIn in 2021.
