Prasenjit Poddar

Prasenjit Poddar has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Prasenjit started their career as a Management Trainee at SBI Home Finance Ltd. in 2000. Prasenjit then worked as an Assistant Manager in Accounts and Taxation at the Industrial Investment Bank of India from 2000 to 2006. Following this, they joined L&T as a Manager-Accounts from 2009 to 2010, overseeing the finalization of accounts and handling audit services. Prasenjit then moved on to Tata Chemicals Ltd. as a Senior Manager - Internal Audit from 2010 to 2014, leading the in-house audit function and also conducting overseas audits. From 2013 to 2014, they worked at Bajaj Auto Ltd as a Senior Manager Internal Audit, leading a team of auditors and conducting various audits. Currently, they hold the position of Head - Risk & Internal Audit at Jio-bp (Reliance BP Mobility Limited) since 2014, where they are responsible for internal audit and risk management.

Prasenjit Poddar has a CA degree from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. In addition, they have obtained certifications in Finance Foundations: Risk Management, Interpersonal Communication, and The New Age of Risk Management Strategy for Business from LinkedIn in the year 2020.
