Matthew Hill

Matthew Hill is an experienced risk and internal audit professional currently serving as the Head of Risk & Internal Audit at United Response since May 2022. Previously, Matthew held the position of Risk, Assurance & Audit Manager at NCS - National Citizen Service Trust from September 2020 to May 2022, where responsibilities included managing the organization's risk and assurance function. Prior to that, Matthew worked as a Risk Manager at Gatwick Airport from April 2016 to September 2020, providing risk management support for a significant capital program and leading numerous infrastructure projects. Matthew's career began in the role of Risk Officer on the Graduate Programme at West Midlands Combined Authority, where the focus was on establishing a risk strategy for construction projects. Matthew holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Sport and Exercise Science from the University of Leeds, completed in 2013, and attended Bishop Vesey's Grammar School from 2003 to 2010.
