Gayathri Karthik is currently the Head of Business Operations & Customer Service at Jio Financial Services. Gayathri also holds the title of Product Head for D2C Unsecured Loans and CASA. Prior to their current role, Gayathri worked at Axis Bank for 18 years, where Gayathri held various positions such as DBAT Product Head, Process Quality Project Manager, Project Lead for Retail Liability Operations Transformation, and Central Liability Operations Tech Lead. Before Axis Bank, Gayathri briefly worked at HSBC as an Executive and at Apnaloan.com as an Operations Executive. Gayathri has extensive experience in managing strategic projects, driving transformation initiatives, and overseeing IT requirements for various financial services organizations.
