Sharad Jauhri

Sharad Jauhri is an experienced professional in human resources, currently serving as the Head of Rewards and Performance Management at Jio Financial Services since August 2023. Previously, Sharad held the position of Associate Vice President - Performance & Rewards at Bajaj Allianz Life from January 2018 to August 2023 and served as AVP Human Capital Management at YES BANK from December 2015 to December 2017. Earlier roles include Manager HR at ICICI Bank and Deputy Manager HR at Grasim Industries Ltd, where responsibilities encompassed employee relations, training and development, talent management, and compensation and benefits. Sharad's career began with an assistant manager position in HR at Grasim, following a summer trainee role at NTPC Ltd focused on designing a competency matrix. Sharad holds an MBA in Human Resources Management from the International Management Institute, complemented by a B.Tech in Electrical Engineering.
