Archana Rajan

Archana Rajan is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in human resources management spanning over two decades. Currently serving as General Manager at Jio since April 2019, Archana previously held the position of HR Director at Takshashila Consulting from October 2014 to March 2019, where responsibilities included talent acquisition and organizing recruitment drives across India. Earlier roles include Consultant for freelance HR projects, Manager of HR at TBWA India Pvt Ltd, and Senior Executive of HR at Nucleus Software Exports Limited. Archana began their career as an Executive in Recruitment at Trivaan, focusing on entry-level recruitment for Wipro Spectramind. Archana holds a PGDBM in HR from SriSim and a BA(Hons) in Psychology from Delhi University.
