Sajad Jeelani

Sajad Jeelani is a highly experienced telecommunications professional with a career spanning over 17 years. Currently serving as Fiber Planning Lead (Deputy General Manager) at Jio since July 2013, Sajad focuses on the design and planning of Intracity Core, Aggregate, and Access Rings. Prior to this role, Sajad worked at Ericsson India Pvt Ltd and Ericsson, where responsibilities included managing network operations, deploying 3G sites, and handling monthly operations sign-offs. Experience also includes working with Saudi Arabia Telecom Systems, providing management and training for local employees, and integration of new RBS sites. Sajad holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics & Communication from the University of Kashmir.
