Eva Sangari Chandran has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and responsibilities. Eva Sangari began their career in 2007 as a Sales Team Leader at Vsource Asia Sdn Bhd. Eva Sangari then moved on to Symphony Bpo Solution Sdn Bhd, where they worked as a Senior Team Leader from 2008 to 2011.

In 2011, Eva joined Diners Club International as the Head of Telemarketing. During their time there, they successfully built a telemarketing team from scratch and transformed it into a professional team. Eva Sangari also worked closely with the General Manager to develop sales strategies, monitor market trends, and achieve monthly sales targets. Eva Sangari left the company in 2012.

From 2012 to 2017, Eva worked at Link-Edge Asia Sdn Bhd as a Campaign Manager. Eva Sangari was responsible for generating revenue, monitoring team productivity, managing new business development, and ensuring the accuracy of marketing material. Eva Sangari achieved several accomplishments, including winning the Best Managers Award and expanding the call center from 5 seats to 70 seats.

In 2017, Eva joined Jirnexu as the Head of Call Center. Eva Sangari also took on the role of Head of Talent Acquisition from May 2021 to February 2022.
