Ching Hay Chau

Ching Hay Chau, MBCS / MIoL, is a Senior Data Officer at Jisc since November 2021, specializing in UK Census data management and platform development to address reliability and security challenges. With extensive experience in programming and web development, Ching has previously served as a Senior Programmer at BroadLearning Education (Asia) Limited, contributing to Learning Management Systems and various projects for educational and governmental sectors, and has a background as a web developer and IT coordinator in academic settings. Ching holds a Master of Science in Business Analytics from the University of Surrey, a Master of Science in Advanced Computer Science from Newcastle University, and a Bachelor of Science in Physics and Computer Science from The University of Hong Kong.
