Omar Hafez

Omar Hafez currently serves as the Head of Technical Delivery at Jisc since December 2023. Previously, Omar held the position of Head of Corporate IT & Cloud Services at HFL Education from April 2021 to December 2023. Prior to that, Omar worked at H&H Group as IT Operations Lead for UK/Europe and IT Support Lead for the EU from April 2018 to April 2021. Omar's tenure at Mountbatten Institute spanned from February 2009 to March 2018, where responsibilities included serving as ICT Manager and ICT Officer, overseeing technical support across multiple global offices. Earlier roles included Project Coordinator/Administrative Assistant at Mountbatten Institute/ECA and Research Analyst at ESG Consulting. Education includes a Professional Level Module Certificate in Managing Teams from the University of Cambridge International Examinations and a BSc in Computer Engineering from Tanta University.
