Phil Jones

Phil Jones is an experienced licensing manager currently working at Jisc since June 2022, specializing in negotiating and managing open access agreements to support the UK Research and Innovation Open Access policy. Prior to this role, Phil served as Head of Content, Discovery & Research at the University of Worcester and held various positions at Coventry University, including Academic Liaison Manager. Additional roles as an Academic Liaison Librarian at the University of Worcester and Coventry Libraries and Information Service highlight a solid background in library services and community engagement.
