Hayat Alayashy

Hayat Alayashy currently serves as the Chief Business Excellence Officer at Jisr since January 2025. Prior experience includes roles at Lucid Motors as Head of Total Rewards & Talent Management for the Middle East from January 2022 to January 2025, and at Alstom as Human Resources Director for Saudi Arabia from July 2015 to December 2022, overseeing HR activities across multiple locations and significant projects. Alayashy also held various positions at Alstom Grid and AREVA T&D, focusing on total rewards, talent management, and human resources across MENA regions. Educational achievements include completion of the ALP Leadership program at Alstom University and a Diploma in CIPD Level 5 in HR Management from Bradfield Group.
