Hussam Almughtham

Hussam Almughtham is an experienced professional in human capital management and organizational development, currently serving as an Advisory Board Member at Jisr I جسر. Previous roles include Vice President of Human Capital Management, Organizational Development Director, and Executive Manager of Performance Management & Talent Development at Elm Company. Hussam also contributed as an NRC Member at Tabadul and held the position of Head of Advisory Board for the Human Resources Management Department at Dar Al Uloom University.
