Jessica Chen

Jessica Chen is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in systems analysis and program management. Currently serving as a Senior IT System Analyst at JIT Transportation since October 2017, Jessica develops and implements Cloud WMS, focusing on EDI and WS API integration, along with various operational modules. Prior experience includes a decade at Seagate Technology as a Senior Program Manager, where Jessica provided application support for Oracle systems and managed project initiatives, as well as significant experience at Coretronic Corporation as an Information Technology Manager overseeing Oracle Order to Cash and Inventory Management systems. Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from The Ohio State University.
