Khairani P.

Khairani P. has a comprehensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Khairani currently holds the position of Lead Learning Designer at Jiva since February 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Learning Designer at an undisclosed company from December 2022 to February 2023. From February 2022 to November 2022, they served as the Training & Merchant Success Assistant Manager at Lummo (formerly BukuKas). Khairani also has experience working at Grab, where they held various roles including Learning Designer Assistant Manager from June 2020 to February 2022, Module Developer Associate from July 2018 to June 2020, and E-learning Developer from September 2017 to July 2018. Before joining Grab, they worked at UOB as a Learning and Development professional from December 2015 to September 2017.

Khairani P. obtained a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the State University of Jakarta (Universitas Negeri Jakarta) from 2011 to 2015.
