Nav Pawera

Nav Pawera has a diverse range of work experience spanning various roles and industries. Nav is currently the Head of Design at Jiva since May 2021. In 2022, they worked as a Guest Lecturer at the University of Bergen (UiB).

Prior to that, Nav served as a Senior Design Lead at AGENCY (Singapore) from August 2019 to January 2021. In this role, they led multi-disciplinary projects focused on service and ecosystem design, including healthcare, education, and service transformation in the public sector.
