Rohit Chandwani has a diverse work experience, spanning multiple industries and roles. Rohit currently serves as the VP - National Head Of Operations for Farmer Services Platform in Indonesia at Jiva since April 2020. Prior to that, Rohit was associated with Olam for 12 years, where they held various positions. Notably, they served as the Digital Head for Latin America and Global Solution Lead for Digital Supplier Engagement from February 2018 to April 2020. During this time, they successfully created a digital supply chain across 11 countries and established a transformative farmer sourcing model. Rohit also onboarded 20,000 farmers who were certified and sustainable. Before joining Olam, from 2007 to 2008, Rohit worked as an Analyst in Investment Banking at JPMorgan Chase & Co., where they undertook various company and industry analysis projects and worked on deals such as IPOs and mergers. Rohit'searly experience includes working as a Service Engineer at Tata Motors from 2002 to 2005.
Rohit Chandwani holds a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur. Rohit also has a Master of Management degree in Business Administration and Management, General from IIT Bombay - Shailesh J. Mehta School of Management. Prior to these degrees, their education history includes studying at Kendriya Vidyalaya. Additionally, Rohit has obtained several certifications, including "Leading Innovative Chang" from U C Berkeley Executive Education, "Digital Transformation: Platform Strategies for Success" from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, "Driving Digital Transformation" from IMD Business School, "Leading and Managing Globally" from IMD Business School, and "Chartered Financial Analyst, Level 1" from CFA Institute.
