Seamus Tardif has extensive work experience in strategic design, innovation, and entrepreneurship. Seamus has held multiple roles at various companies, including Jiva, BCG Digital Ventures, Boston Consulting Group (BCG), Pelago, OpenSC, micepage, How To Impact - Innovation Agency, Commonwealth Bank, Bonhams, and Deloitte Australia.

At BCG Digital Ventures, they served as a Lead Strategic Designer, Senior Strategic Designer, and Strategic Designer, working across different industries and launching startups across the APAC region with corporate partners. Seamus also held leadership positions in cross-functional teams as an Interim Lead Strategic Designer and Founding Team member.

Seamus Tardif earned a BA (Honours 1st Class) in Literature and Art History from the University of Sydney in 2009. In 2007, they obtained a Diploma of French in French Language and Literature from Université Paris-Sorbonne. In 2013, Seamus attended The University of Sydney Business School and completed a Master of Management degree. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications in Marketing Leadership from Reforge and Digital Product Management: Modern Fundamentals from the University of Virginia on Coursera in 2023 and 2017 respectively.
