Alex Pounds is currently the Group Manager at Jivaro Professional Headhunters, where Alex manages a team of headhunters in Engineering and Sales/Marketing/Professional Services. Prior to this role, Alex worked as a Team Lead in the Sales/Marketing/Professional Services Division and as a Sr. Headhunter, specializing in recruiting for Tech Startups across the US. Alex also has experience in running affiliate programs and coaching men's golf at the University of Idaho.
