Marina Falcone

Marina Falcone is an experienced professional specializing in distressed assets and special situations, currently working at Jive Investments since September 2022. Prior to this role, Marina served as a Debt Capital Markets Analyst at Banco Santander and held positions at Santander Brasil as a legal consultant, as well as at Stocche Forbes Advogados, where responsibilities included corporate law and M&A transactions while coordinating a team of junior associates and interns. Earlier experience includes positions in capital markets at Souza, Cescon, Barrieu & Flesch Advogados, as well as trainee roles in maritime, corporate law, and capital markets at Kincaid | Mendes Vianna Advogados and Andrade e Fichtner Advogados.
