Szymon Niewiadomski

Szymon Niewiadomski has been working in the business operations field since 2017. From 2017 to 2018, they were an Internship at OSTC Ltd. After that, they were a Controlling Specialist and Business Analyst at JIVR from 2018 to 2019. During this time, they supported the company's scaling process in each area and owned the project of the company's cost reduction. Szymon then became a Business Operations Manager and Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist at JIVR from 2019 to 2021. In this role, they developed and operated budgeting and controlling systems, planned and monitored cash flows, developed and operated financial, admin. and legal operations, managed a team, and established and supervised cooperation with external partners. Szymon also prepared applications for EU subsidies and managed the company's cash-flow in times of crisis. From 2021 to present, they have been a Business Operations Manager for both Miellec and Yuzu. In this role, they have developed and operated budgeting and controlling systems, planned and monitored cash flows, and developed and operated financial, admin. and legal operations.

Szymon Niewiadomski completed a Bachelor's degree in Finanse i rachunkowość from the Uniwersytet Ekonomiczny w Krakowie between 2016 and 2019. Szymon then continued their studies at the same university and obtained a Master's degree in Finanse i rachunkowość between 2019 and 2021.
