John Neate

John Neate is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in the coffee industry. As the CEO and Founder of JJ Bean Coffee Roasters since December 1996, John Neate has been instrumental in guiding the vision, culture, and business development of the company across 24 locations, overseeing design, leasing negotiations, and project coordination. Prior to this role, John Neate served as a Regional Sales Manager at Nestlé from November 1990 to December 1996, managing sales and business processes in British Columbia. Additionally, John Neate held the position of Vice President at Neate Coffee from September 1979 to November 1990, a family business established by John Neate's grandfather in 1945.
