Prior to this, Eric has held various roles such as Principal BI Consultant at JAMIS Software Corporation, Principal BI Consultant at NeoSystems Corp, and Manager of Business Intelligence and Analytics at Vencore Inc. Eric has extensive experience in implementing and managing business analytics practices, formulating business intelligence strategies, and overseeing the administration of BI environments. Throughout their career, Eric has focused on customer satisfaction and building customer confidence.
