Norka Carbajal

Norka Carbajal is an experienced quality management professional with a strong background in civil engineering and project management. Currently serving as Jefe de Calidad at Grupo JJC since April 2024, Norka has previously held key positions including Coordinador de Proyecto at Universidad Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann and Ingeniero CQA at Consorcio BESALCO STRACON. Norka's career includes roles in quality assurance and control across multiple companies, with expertise developed through positions at SGS, UPLC, GMI S.A. Ingenieros Consultores, and GyM S.A. - Grupo Graña y Montero, among others. Norka holds a Maestría en Gerencia de Proyectos de Construcción from Universidad Privada de Tacna and a Maestría in Gestión Ambiental y Desarrollo Sostenible from Univ. Nacional Jorge Basadre Grohmann, as well as an Ingeniero Civil degree from the same institution.
