Ann Gleason

Ann Gleason currently serves as the Director of Benefits & Wellness at J. Jill, where responsibilities include leading the development and execution of benefits and wellbeing programs aligned with company objectives and enhancing employee experience. Prior to J. Jill, Ann Gleason held the position of Senior Manager, Global Benefits, Perks and Policies at Signant Health, focusing on aligning contemporary benefits programs with business strategies. Ann Gleason's extensive career at Iron Mountain spanned over 22 years, during which various leadership roles were held, including Region Head of Benefits for the US & Puerto Rico and Vice President of HR Shared Services. Ann Gleason holds a Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
