Becky Neufeld

Becky Neufeld serves as the Director of Generosity at Worldwide Discipleship Association since January 2024. Neufeld has held a Senior Sales Lead position at J. Jill since October 2018, leading retail sales and managing sales associates. As a Transition and Life Coach through Becky Neufeld Coaching, LLC since June 2017, Neufeld is an Associate Certified Coach recognized by the International Coach Federation. Previous experience includes roles as a Life and Transition Coach at Arise Counseling and Coaching from October 2018 to December 2021, and various leadership positions at Leadership Development International from 2001 to 2017, where Neufeld was instrumental in teacher recruitment and development, as well as fundraising. Early career experience included directorial roles in business management and human resources at the English Language Institute/China from 1998 to 2000. Neufeld holds a Master of Arts in Logopedics from Wichita State University and a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Biola University.
