Cathleen Brennan

Cathleen Brennan has extensive experience in the retail industry, starting in 1989 as a Sportswear Buyer at DM Management. Cathleen then moved on to Talbots in 1994, where they held the position of Director of Merchandising/Visual Marketing for 15 years. In 2010, they joined DXL as a Direct Merchandiser before transitioning to J. Jill in 2012. At J. Jill, they have held several roles including Senior Direct Merchant, Senior Merchant in Retail and Direct, and Director of Pure Jill, Wearever and Fit Collections. Currently, they serve as the Director of Creative Merchandising at J. Jill.

Cathleen Brennan has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business/Marketing from Springfield College.
